The Deposit Process

To have access to Mobile Deposit complete and submit a Mobile Deposit Application to First State Bank of Bedias. Use our Secure Messaging Center to email the completed application to new.accounts@bediasbank.com or mail/return to a New Account Representative at either location.

Once you have received a notification that your Mobile Deposit Application has been approved you are ready to begin making Mobile Deposits from your Apple or Android device.

Eligibility Requirements

FSBB customers wanting to participate in FSBB's Mobile Deposit service, must meet the following requirements:

• All accounts in good standing
• Account must be open for at least 6 months, if this is the first account the customer has had with FSBB.
• Must be enrolled in Online Banking
• No more than 4 chargebacks in the last 6 months.

If any of these requirements are not met, FSBB has the ability to deny this service to any customer at their discretion.

Eligible Items

FSBB Mobile Deposit may only be used on checks drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. Dollars. First State Bank of Bedias' Mobile Deposit may NOT be used to deposit:

• Checks that are older than 6 months, or post-dated
• Checks payable to any other person or entity other than the customer with FSBB Mobile Deposit service (i.e. payable to another party and then endorsed by customer using mobile deposit).
• Checks payable to depositor and another party who is not joint owner on the account
• Checks that contain evidence of alteration, is suspected or should be suspected of fraudulent actity or otherwise not authorized by the owner of the account on which the check is drawn.
• Deposits which exceeds FSBB's Mobile Deposit Policy's daily or rolling 30 day limit.

Fees

You agree to pay us for the Service as set forth in our fee schedule and as may be be changed from time to time.

Deposit Limits

FSBB reserves the right to impose limits on the amount(s) and/or number of deposits (over a priod of time) that Mobile Deposit customers are allowed to transmit using the Service and to modify such limits from time to time.

Daily deposit limit of $5,000; can be one item or multiple items.

Funds Availability

For determining the availability of your Mobile Deposit, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. Deposits made through FSBB Mobile Deposit service are not considered electronic direct deposits for the purpose of funds availability. Deposits made via FSBB Mobile Deposit are subjected to FSBB's Funds Availability Policy standards. Any deposit made through FSBB Mobile Deposit received and confirmed before 3:00 pm CST on a business day will be processed that same day and the first $200 from the deposit of checks  will be available that same day. The remaining balance of the deposit of checks will be available the following business day.

Deposits made through FSBB Mobile Deposit service are subjected to FSBB's Funds Availability Policy standards and to an exceptional hold at FSBB's discretion.

Promises You Make to Us; Indemnity.

You delcare to FSBB that:

• You will only transmit eligible checks and items that you are entitled to endorce all checks and items will include all signatures required for their negotiation.
• Images will meet FSBB's image quality standards in effect from time to time
• You will not transmit an image or images of the same check or item to us more than once and will not deposit or negotiate, or see to deposit or negotiate such check or item with any other party.
• You will not deposit or represent the original check or item with FSBB or any other party.
• All information you provide FSBB is accurate and true, including all that all images transmitted to FSBB accurately reflect to front and back of the check or item at the time it was scanned.
• You will comply with FSBB's Mobile Deposit Terms and Conditions and all applicable rules, laws, and regulations.
• You will use the Mobile Deposit service only for your own deposits and will not allow the use of the Mobile Deposit service by way of a service bureau business, timesharing, or otherwise disclose or allow use of the service by or for the benefit of any third party.

You agree to declare and hold harmless FSBB from any loss for breach of this warranty provision of the terms of the addendum.
