Click here to print the downloading instructions.  If you already have the downloading instructions, click on Personal Financial Statement, above, to begin the download.  After completion, you should save your financial information to your desktop or preferred location using .fis as the file extension. 

To upload your completed Personal Financial Statement to your loan officer through our secure link, you must first save your financial information to a file with an extension of .fis.  Click on Securely Upload Personal Financial Statement, above, attach this file and begin the secure upload of your .fis data.
